Heelhook from Open Guard

Your opponent is in your standing open guard.

Underhook the ankle of your opponent with the same side arm, and bring the same side leg through, throwing it around as far as possible. Your foot needs to be close to their stomach, and as deep as possible so you can bury your foot under their other leg, to prevent their heel hook. With your other leg, push your opponents other knee, extending your hips and knocking them down. Secure the heel, and finish.
